ASK/FSK/PSK Modulator

The device includes a carrier generator and several modulators for generating:

· Amplitude Shift Keying

· Frequency Shift Keying

· Phase Shift Keying.

 All modulations in hard and soft keying. The ASK modulator can be operated additionally with 50% or 100% degree of modulation. Digital mode of operation - with modulating square wave signals - is used to measure signals and spectra. In analog mode of operation, input signals are first PCM coded before controlling the shift keyed modulators.

A powerful microprocessor gives the device an easy operation and digital precision. With the incremental encoder the desired type of modulation is selected. The actual modulation type is shown on a 4-digit 7-segment display.
