Description

Shown on the front is a schematic diagram of the vertebrate eye with moveable eyelid. Basically the eyelid closes and opens again every three seconds. Depending on the level of activation by connected modules (light sensory cell module, for example) the closing duration increases more and more until the eyelid remains fully closed when the incoming frequency exceeds 20 Hz.
