Description

The nerve conduction velocity is determined in experiment B1.1.2.2. For this purpose, reaction tests are carried out in which a button is actuated in response to a specific stimulus. As this is pressed with the hand in the first series of measurements and with the foot in the second series, the nerve conduction velocity can be calculated by means of the difference between the nerve length of arm and leg. The stimuli and the processing of the stimuli are the same for both measuring series, the reaction alone is different.
