Corection feature for offset (0%) and reference (100%) for recording transmission, extniction and concentration (after calibration)
Kinetic measurement capability, e.g. time curve for extinction or concentration at differing wavelengths
Display of spectra by wavelength, energy or wave number
Spectrometer calibration feature for a light source by inputting colour temperature
Measurement of relative intensities of a lamp by wavelength or energy in order to investigate Planck's theory
