Description

For measurement of c_P/c_V for air and other gases using the Rüchardt method and also for experiments on internal friction of gases. Precision glass tube with precisely fitting steel ball. If the tube is fitted on the 10 l glass bottle, the ball inside the tube can be made to oscillate; c_p/c_v is determined from the period of these oscillations.
