The experiments are set up with experimental panels in the profile frame. The Profi-CASSY is used to control this technical controlled system and to record and analyse the measured values.

Function
The technical controlled system is a DC motor operating at idle, which is loaded solely by its own fan and the bearing and brush friction. This is used to set up speed control in the first quadrant (active acceleration). Braking takes place passively, via the fan and friction losses. In addition to the measurements, the process is simulated using a PC. The WinFACT LD Edition software (734504) is used to numerically optimise the controller according to the ITAE criterion.

Training centres in trade and industry. Internship aimed at advanced training programmes at technical colleges and technical universities.
