Modul RST: Rotary Index. Table SC

The workpieces are conveyed from the previous module to the rotary indexing table with adjustable speed. The inspection unit detects the presence of a workpiece and determines the material properties as the workpiece is conveyed through the rotary indexing table. There are two positions where the workpieces can be removed by subsequent modules for further processing. The positions of the rotary indexing table are determined with a proximity switch. The test unit consists of a capacitive, optical and inductive sensor.
