Analysis of the chemical equilibrium

LC3.5.1.2
Analysis of the chemical equilibrium
Analysis of the chemical equilibrium

Description

Each chemical reaction is an equilibrium reaction. The formation of complexes shows very clearly an important property of chemical equilibrium, which is the fact that reactants and products are present in the solution at the same time. Due to the colouring of the different copper complexes, the equilibrium formation can be observed again and again. The students learn that chemical equilibrium means that reactions are reversible and that equilibrium depends very much on the strength of the bonds.
