Student experiments on contactor control technology with modules on a mounting panel.
Learning objectives
- Basic elements of control with contactors
- Basic control circuits with contactors
- Basic circuits for controlling machines
The teaching system consists of handy, robust experiment modules that are arranged on a frame according to the specifications in the literature. The standard operating equipment is attached to the front. The operating and signalling elements are installed on separate panels.
The electrical components are wired directly to the corresponding safety sockets using 4 mm safety connection cables for low voltage.
The control voltage is 24 V DC.
Method
Student experiments according to the task in the experiment description.
- Arrangement of the elements.
- Carrying out the wiring.
- Testing the function.
Target group
Vocational training in electrical engineering in trade and industry.
