Description

In the experiment P7.1.2.1, the Bragg reflection of Mo-Kα radiation (l = 71.080 pm) at NaCl and LiF monocrystals is used to determine the lattice constant. The Kβ component of the X-ray radiation can be suppressed using a zirconium filter.
